Born in Kenmore, NY she came here in 1955 from Auburn, NY and was a former member of 1st United Methodist Church of Lakeland, and Buttons and Bows Square Dance Club.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband Ivan Allard on February 5, 2001. Survivors include her daughter, Lynda La Haie of Lakeland, sisters Mabel Smith of Auburn NY and Betty Douglas of Largo, FL, brother, Gordon Heron of Dale, NY, granddaughters, Melissa Norman of Bartow, and Karen Smith of Mulberry, FL, great-grandchildren, Brittany Norman, Brooke Norman and Cody Norman.
