Eva Lingle's "request in case of an occasion where there would be a need for a funeral ceremony for herself".

The ceremony to be conducted at her home church, Watts Pentecostal Holiness Church. With Rev. Kermit Mullin preaching the sermon. (In case there is some hindrance where he can not be present then the pastor, Rev.
Gene Jones will be ministering.) Bro. Jones is to assist Bro. Mullin.

She, Sis. Lingle, desires that the church group to sing the following songs:

1. I Want to Stroll Over Heaven with You
2. What a Day that Will Be.

This verse is to be read aloud:

"Weep not children for me for I will be waiting in Glory for thee."

Eva Lingle was preceded in death by her husband, Everette Houston Lingle.
