Death of Mrs. H.L. Adams
At midnight Thursday Mrs. Annie McMurtrie Adams, wife of H.L. Adams, died at her home, 1221 Eighth avenue, of cerebral embolism. She was born in Williamburg, September 22, 1858, and was a daughter of the late Alexander McMurtrie. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. W.H. Stephens, of Philadelphia, and one brother, Charles, in the west. She was a member of the Tyrone Presbyterian church.
*Possibly living in Tyrone, Blair County, Pennsylvania in 1870. Listed as being born 1855 and living with unknown people, doesn't look like family. Father must have passed before 1860??
