Mrs. Gini Bingham died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2002, at the Wellmont Hospice House. She was born in St. Louis, Mo., and moved from Knoxville, TN to Emory, VA in 1953. She was a member of the Emory United Methodist Church and was widely recognized for her artistic work with clay. Gini was also known as a friend and mother to generations of students at Emory & Henry College.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Bingham; and a daughter, Kathy Bingham Morris.
