She remarried on 15 May 1860 to Thomas Seth LODGE in London and sometime thereafter she, Thomas and her 3 children (who Thomas 'adopted' and they took his name) emigrated to NZ. (She appears to never have divorced and her first husband also remarried and had another family. He died on 24 Sept. 1900, 16 Baker Street, Lambeth, London.
Rosannah was a prohibitionist of alcohol.
By 1890 she owned and had opened Lodges Temperance Hotel, 147 Cambridge Tce and a Boarding House, 145 Cambridge Tce
