Mrs. Spencer Howland of West long Branch, daughter of Edmund T. Woolley of Red Bank, died on Friday at the Long Branch hospital. She had been sick since the first of March. She had undergone two operations at the hospital and was about to undergo another one at the time of her death. Besides a husband she leaves six children. She is survived also by her parents and eight brothers and sisters. The brothers and sisters are Mrs. William Taylor and Mrs. Joseph White of Long Branch; Mrs. Walter Hennessey and Mrs. John P. West of North Long Branch; George Woolley of Roselle; Albert Woolley of Mattawan; Charles Woolley of Manasquan; and Samuel G. Woolley of Red Bank.
