Funeral services for Eunice VanMeter Fowler, age 88, of Hammond, Louisiana and formerly of Oak Grove, Louisiana will be held at 2PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at the Goodwill Church of God in Goodwill, Louisiana.
Reverends Dennis Anger and William W. Fowler will officiate.
Burial will be in the Red Wing Cemetery in the Red Wing Community near Oak Grove.
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.
Mrs. Fowler died Saturday, May 27, 2006 at the North Oaks Hospital in Hammond, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Albert Fowler, Jr. and her parents, Joseph Gerod Van Meter and Sally Ruth Higginbotham Van Meter.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Cheryl Fowler of Kentwood, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Tommy Wink of Covington, Louisiana; grandson and his wife, K. Shane and Melanie M. Fowler of Lafayette, Louisiana; granddaughter, Shannon Fowler of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; grandson, Darrell Wink of Covington; granddaughter, Belinda Wink Landry of Covington; sister, Irene Porter of Oak Grove; sister, Arlene Serett of Chester, Arkansas.
