NORFOLK- Susan Virginia Greenland Cofer, 88, formerly of Little Bay Avenue, passed away in her residence at Oakdale Heights Assisted Living in Virginia Beach. She was the retired registrar in the Bureau of Vital Records Dept. with the Virginia State Health Dept. in Norfolk, where she worked for 35 years. She was the daughter of the late Annie Orr Greenland & Alfred Herbert Greenland & the widow of Joseph Anthony Cofer.
