MACON - Julian W. Clarke, formerly of Macon, died Friday, May 12, 2006. Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 11A.M. in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary with the Reverend John Haney officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 3120 or the American Heart Association, 3312 Northside Drive, Macon, GA 31210. -Mr. Clarke was born in Macon, GA. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and the United States Air Force. Mr. Clarke was a Mason and of the Methodist Faith. He was the son of the late Hill Edwin and Hattie Clark, Sr. Mr. Clarke was also preceded in death by his siblings, Hazel Garrett, Romona Hester, Hill Edwin Clarke, Jr., James P. Clarke, and Margery Lamb. -Survivors: Sisters, Martha Salvatore of New Jersey and Joan Dozier of California; Brothers, Robert G. Clarke of Gray and Harold R.
