June 24, 2006:

Shawnee resident Ozell Patricia "Pat" Stuckey, 70, died Thursday, June 22, in Meeker.
She was born June 25, 1935 to Thurman Jackson and O.Z. (Brantley) Jones in Fittstown, Okla.

Stuckey retired from Tinker Air Force Base after 21 years of service in the B-52/Missiles System Program Management Division.

She was a member of Northeast Free Will Baptist Church.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Earnest E. Stuckey; three children and their spouses, Patsy and Ronald Snowden of McLoud, Earnest Eugene and Annette Stuckey II of Oklahoma City, Willean and Byron White of Meeker; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers and their spouses, Corky Jones of Chandler, Autry of Yasuko Jones of Chandler, Timothy and Kate Jones of Aubry, Texas; two sisters, Joy Sheppard of Palmdale, Calif. and June Jenkins of Wetumka.

Service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Walker Funeral Service Chapel with Brother Steve Shaw and Brother Jimmy Ticer officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Meeker.

Memorials may be sent to Hillside Free Will Baptist College, Breast Cancer Research or Heartland Hospice of Shawnee.
