Graveside Services (sic) for Mabel O. Anderson of Greenville will be at 3 p.m. today at Forest Park Cemetery with Rev. Edwin S. Cole and Rev. William C. Hunt officiating. Mrs. Anderson died Thursday at Citizens General Hospital.
She was born April 29, 1893, to Grant and Fanny Oster. She was married March 23, 1924, to Walter R. Anderson. She was a retired Hunt County home demonstration agent from 1919 to 1925 and a member of First Presbyterian Church for 50 years.
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Mrs. A.P. Chapman of Greenville; a stepgranddaughter, Mrs. John M. Waid of Houston; stepgrandsons, Roy A. Butler of Austin and Joe A. Walles of Dallas, and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1954.
The family asks that memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church Organ Fund.
Peters Funeral Home is in charge of services.
