Bartlesville, Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory on September
21, 22 and 23, 1896. This will be the first reunion of any Kansas troops ever held in the Indian Territory since the war.
The famous "Old Sixth Kansas" is well known to all old of the settlers of this Territory who were here during the years 1862, '63 and '64. An invitation is extended to all of the old soldiers and citizens to attend. Tents will be furnished
free to all old soldiers. Everything free to members of the Association during the encampment. Dinning halls and refreshments will be ample for the occasion. Reduced rates on all Railroads: full fare will be charged for Caney, Kan. and one third fare returning on the certificate plan. Ask your agent for a receipt when you purchase your ticket. Everybody is invited. Good music! Good speaking! A big campfire each night.
