Mary M. Craig, 89, died June 22, 2002, at Thorne Health Care Center, Hutchinson.
She was born Oct. 25. 1912, at Plattsburg, Mo., the daughter of Charles and Agnes O'Connor Young. She was a graduate of Plattsburg, Mo., High School, and she attended nursing school in Kansas City. A resident of Hutchinson since the early 1940's, she was an X-ray technician and nurse at the former Gage-Hall Clinic, was an office nurse for Dr. Marion Sumner, and she retired from the Hutchison Clinic.
She belonged to Holy Cross Catholic Church, the Altar Society, and St. Rita's Circle.
One June 12m 1948 she married Wallace E. Craig at Plattsburg, Mo. He survives.
Other survivors include: a nephew, John Young, Gladstone, Mo.; and a niece, Sharon Gygan, Blue Springs, Mo.
Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Hutchinson, with Father Brian Bebak presiding. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery Hutchinson.
