Sheila J. Lightcap. 47, of Rockford, passed away on Saturday September 1, 2007, at Rush Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago after a brief illness.
Born April 22, 1960, the daughter of Robert and Wanda Strowiak Blackwell.
Sheila was a graduate of Jefferson High School.
She married Matthew Lightcap in Rockford on May 12, 1990.
Sheila worked at the Board of Realtors for many years before recently working for Eddie Zs. She loved shoes, cooking and entertaining friends and family.
Survivors include her husband; Matthew, brother; Roger Blackwell, niece; Margaux Blackwell, mother-in-law; Shirley Lightcap, brother-in-law & sister-in-law; Jeff (Jane) Lightcap, sister-in-law; Martha (Tom Lane) Lightcap, and many friends. We will miss her more than words can say.
Predeceased by her parents and brother Tom.
