Richard was the son of Theresa (Rondeau) Norman of Dracut and the late Ronald Norman. He received his education through Lowell schools.
Richard worked in the construction field in the greater Lowell area for many years. He was a former member of the Lafayette Club, and enjoyed playing pool and spending time with his children and friends.
Besides his mother, Theresa, he is survived by his beloved children, Jason and Jamie Norman of Lowell; six sisters and a brother: Denise, Elaine, Marie, Gloria, Michelle, Rachel and Leo; dear friends Bill and Cindy McAndrews of Lowell; also many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late Marc Norman.
