Grace Viola Borger, 76, of Smith Gap, Saylorsburg, died Feb. 1 in her home. She was the wife of the late Irvin S. Borger. Born in Smith Gap, she was a daughter of the late Milton and Sarah (Derhammer) Buskirk. She had been a seamstress for various blouse mills for more than 35 years. She was a member of Jerusalem United Church of Christ, Trachsville, and Chestnut Ridge Senior Citizens, Kunkletown. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors: Sons, Lee Buskirk of Kresgeville, James Borger of Saylorsburg, Mark Borger and wife Terri of Effort; daughters, Lisa Perkowski and her husband Raymond of Nanticoke, Ilene Eckhart of Saylorsburg; sisters, Ruth Breidinger of Pen Argyl, Mary Koehler of Saylorsburg; 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Rowland S. Borger.
