Marcella was born in Watertown, NY, on 14 August 1912, to Clarence E. Faulds and Mabel Anthony Faulds.
From her first marriage to William Barkley, Marcella had a daughter named Sandra J. Barkley.
She met and married Harold Thaddeus Babb, my uncle, when he was stationed in New York prior to WW II. She and Harold had one daughter, Beryl Anthony Babb, who was born in Panama, but who lived only a few days.
Marcella and Harold enjoyed summers in their cottage on the St. Lawrence River in Clayton, boating and fishing and watching the large ships pass by.
Marcella died on 16 May 1977 in Watertown, NY.
She is buried in her family's cemetery in Watertown, NY.
