Graveside services for Julia Allen, 90, are set for 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17 at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Tommy Higle of First Baptist Church, Marietta, Okla. officiating. Services are under the direction of Clement-Keel Funeral Home.

Mrs. Allen died Nov. 14, 2008 at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

She was born March 30, 1918 in Delaware, Okla. to Richard and Clara (Marissette) Paris. On Feb. 12, 1938, she married James Comer Allen in Gainesville.

She was a member of the Hospital Auxilliary for over 25 years where she served as a Pink Lady at NTMC in Gainesville.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Clarence Kittrell, sister, Angie Thomas, brother-in-law, Robert Alagood; three grandchildren, Shauna Reed, Jim Moore and Kimberly Dane; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, one niece, Pam Cotton and one nephew, Richard Alagood.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen on July 21, 1984 and her sister, Margaret Alagood.
