Ontario - Irene Helen Bean, 73, of Ontario died July 3, 1998, at Vencor Hospital, Ontario.
She was born Aug. 31, 1924 in Alvarado, Texas, and lived in Ontario for 28 years.
Mrs. Bean is survived by two daughters, Pamela L. McGuffin of Ontario and Anita Windham of Clanton, Ala.; two sons, Edward McGuffin of Melbourne, Fla., and Douglas McGuffin of Columbus, Miss., one sister, Fern Cannon of Borger, Texas; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pierce Bros. Griffith Chapel, Chino.
Graveside service will be at 12:45 p.m. Thursday at Riverside National Cemetery, Staging Area No. 4.
Pierce Bros. Griffith Mortuary, Chino, is in charge of arrangements.
