DeEtte "Dee" Bebber of Perryville, formerly of Havre de Grace, died Aug. 10 at Harford Memorial Hospital. She was 66.
She was born March 3, 1933 to Ambrose Click Waddell and Myrtle Elizabeth Blevins in Wilkes County, N.C. She retired in 1997 after 23 years of service from Constar in Havre de Grace.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna E. Davis and her husband, Robert Davis, of Athens, Tenn., and Debra Bebber Smith and her husband, Shawn Smith, of Havre de Grace; two grandsons, Rodney Blevins Jr. and Christopher Blevins, both of Athens, Tenn.; three sisters, Virginia Brooks of Aberdeen, Louise Moody of Greensboro, N.C., and Marie Welborn of McLeansville, N.C.; and three brothers, Clinton Waddell Sr. of Edgewood, Quillard Waddell of Elkin, N.C., and Kenneth Crabbe of North Wilkesboro, N.C.
A viewing was held at the Mitchell Smith Funeral Home in Havre de Grace Thursday. The funeral services will be held 11 a.m. today (Friday) at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Aberdeen, with the Rev. Neale Wirtanen officiating. Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
