Funeral services for Otto Herman Behm, who died at 6 a.m. Thursday at his Town of Lomira farm home, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Town of Lomira, Rev. Walter Nusensen officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Behm was born April 14, 1885, on the homestead in the Town of Lomira, the son of Wilhelm Frederic and Amelia Caroline Behm. He resided and farmed his entire life on the farm his parents purchased when they came to the United States from Germany. Mr. Behm married Meta Schultz Nov. 16, 1916, at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was a lifelong member of the church, served on the church council and was a member of the church choir.
Survivors include his widow; two sons, Armond and Palmer, both of Lomira; three grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Clara Wellick, Minneapolis. He was preceded in death by one daughter, one grandchild and one sister.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira, until noon on Sunday and then at the church until the time of the funeral service.
