Born July 16, 1948 in East Prairie, Missouri. Daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Parker Hicks. Ms. Baker was of the Baptist Faith. On February 26, 1966 she was united in marriage to James Wade Miller who preceded her in death on June 24, 1976.
Survivors include: Three Daughters: Laurie Kay Miller Clardy of Wickliffe, Kentucky, Faith Renee Miller Tinnin of East Prairie, Missouri and Jaime Michelle Miller Campbell of Yuma, Arizona. One Son: Richard Summers of Bertrand, Missouri. One Brother: Eddie Hicks of Anniston, Missouri and One Sister: Charlene Thresher of Barlow, Kentucky. And by five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call after 5:00 P.M. Sunday December 6,1998 in the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie. Funeral services will be conducted Monday December 7, 1998 at 1:00 P.M. in the Shelby Chapel. Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery with the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers: Cecil Hammontree, Glenn Hall, Dickie, Don and Ronnie Chance and Larry Riggins.
