Robert A. Blacka Sr., 70, of Mt. Pleasant, and formerly of Perryopolis, died July 30, 2000 at his home. He was born Feb. 20, 1930, at Fayette City, a son of Delton and Margaret Reckard Blacka. He was a Veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by a son and three daughters, Robert A. Blacka Jr., Mrs. Paul (Deborah) Galla, Mrs. Wayne (Cheryl) Nicholls and Mrs. Randy (Lisa) Fischer; and 11 grand children. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou Blacka.
