"Adeline Szaradek Dewey, born in Chicago, Illinois, passed away on March 7, 2006 at the age of 89. Mrs. Dewey, a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, retired from the EPISD. Preceded in death by her husband, Curtis, and her son, Randy. Mrs. Dewey is survived by her son, Gary Dewey and his wife, Cathy of El Paso, TX and her grandson, Christopher Dewey of Houston, TX. Special thanks to the staff of White Acres Assisted Living, Desert Springs Special Care Center, and her foster care provider, Maude Brudent. Graveside service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park at 10:00 a.m., March 10, 2006. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Coronado Baptist Church or the Baptist Health Clinic, 816 S. Florence."
