Mr. Eshelby passed away at the age of 92, and was the cherished husband of the late Lillian. Devoted father of three daughters. Loving grandfather of five, and great grandfather of five. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, who served on the USS Wisconsin in the Pacific Theater, and was at Pearl Harbor. He had been employed by the Detroit Free Press, after over 30 years of service, and was retired. The Funeral Mass was held at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, in Shelby Township.
