Evan Daniel Bozarth, infant son of Kurtis B. and Belinda L. (Gould) Bozarth of Mansfield, was stillborn at 10:12 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 5, 2004, in Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. Also surviving are brothers, Matthew C. and Jonathan S. Bozarth of Mansfield; maternal grandparents, Edward and June Gould of Rockford; paternal grandfather, Stephen (Terri) Bozarth of Davis; paternal grandmother, Diana (David Watson) Garver of Rockford; maternal great-grandfathers, Gordon Breit of Loves Park and Roy Adams Jr. of Memphis, Mo.; paternal great-grandparents, John (Luann) Garver of Rockford, Barbara (Loren) Oakley of Machesney Park and William Bozarth of Rockford; and several aunts and uncles.

Service at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, in Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, Farmer City. Burial in Mansfield Cemetery. Visitation from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
