Harley and wife Margaret Ziemer got a devorce at the time they had a twin son and daugther Donna Kay and Donald Ray March 26 , 1937. On October 15 , 1937 Harley, who was living in Springfield, and Margaret was living in Decatur, gave the twins up for adoption. They were adopted by Vance Morton and Edith Ethel Cooksey Baxter and thier names were change to Phyllis Gail and Ronald Dale Baxter. Ronald Dale is no longer living. He was paralyzed as a result of being thrown from a car, and later died. His sister Phyllis Gail, married Jerry Kincaid (from whom she is now separated) and Phyllis lives in a little town of Newman
