In December 1890, Charles Bedal made claim to the NE 1/4, Sec. 34, Twp. 4 N, Range 1 E, near Boise City, Idaho. He had built a house there in February 1885 of lumber. It was 1 story with a gabled roof and two rooms, floored, ceiled, lined, and papered.
