Mrs. Lulu Adam, aged 55, wife of Gustave Adam, died Tuesday afternoon at 2:10 at her home, 2308 S. Eight street.
Mrs. Adam was born in this city June 22, 1877. About 35 years ago she was married to August Leffin and the couple made their home in Chicago for a number of years. On Oct. 1, 1919, she was married to Gustave Adam of this city.
Mrs. Adam was a member of the Ladies' Aid society of Trinity Lutheran church.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ottilia Buesing of Racine, her father William Bendler of Berwyn, Ill., a grandson Robert Buesing; five step-children, Arthur Adam of Plymouth, Milton, John and Esther at home and Mrs. Julius Wilke of this city; six step-grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. A. C. Jankowsky of Berwyn, Ill., Mrs. John Elle of Chicago and Mrs. Fred Millington of Green Bay; three brothers, Alfred and Frederick Bendler of this city and William Bendler Jr. of Berwyn, Ill.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Ramm Funeral Home, and at 2 o'clock at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. C. P. Schulz will officiate and burial will be made in the Lutheran cemetery. From 7 o'clock this evening the body can be viewed at the Ramm Funeral Home.
