Mr. Farrell, of Seabrook, Texas when he passed away, grew up in Malvern, Arkansas. During World War II he was a member of the Fighting 69th Infantry Division, 880th Field Artillery Battery C. He received two Bronze Stars, one for the Central European Campaign and one for the Rhineland Campaign. He and his wife Lillian Bailey Farrell, who preceded him in death, were long time residents of Jasper and Buna, Texas before retiring to Seabrook, Texas.
