Born April 22, 1915, in Delaware, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Minnie Downs Jaggers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Carroll and son, Charles Carroll. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law. 18 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren. Graveside services were Tuesday, March 4, 2003, at Harkeys Valley Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Home with Rev. Wiley Jones officiating.
