MRS. ELLA JOHNS COOK

Of 249 North First street, Bellwood, died at her home at 6 o'clock yesterday morning after an illness of six weeks. Mrs. Cook was born April 7, 1867, in Orbisonia, the daughter of William and Rebecca Johns. Her husband, Jesse M. Cook, preceded her in death in August, 1940. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Fred V. Struble of St. Petersburg, Fla., Walter W. Cook of Altoona, R.D. 3, Anthony L. Cook of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Robert W. Fox of Los Angeles, Calif., Donovan R. Cook of State College, Mrs. Robert Smith of John W. Cook of Bellwood, Mrs. Fred C. Mauch of North Hollywood, Calif., and Jesse M. Cook of Cumberland, Md.; 16 grandchildren and one brother, Wibert S, Johns of Lewistown. She was a member of Bellwood Methodist church. Friends will be received at the Fuoss mortuary, Bellwood, after 7 o'clock this evening.

COOK - Funeral services for Mrs. Ella Johns Cook, of 529 North First street, Bellwood, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at the Fuoss mortuary chapel in charge of Rev. Utts. Interment in Bellwood cemetery. Friends are being received at the Fuoss mortuary Bellwood after 7 o'clock this evening.
