Rose Good Abrahamson, age 93, a beloved wife and mother and a fourth generation Skagit Valley resident, passed away after a brief illness Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley.

She was born April 5, 1911 in Burlington, WA, the daughter of Arthur and Mable Warfield Good. Rose was a resident of Sedro-Woolley for the past 45 years.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Ed Abrahamson, of the family home in Sedro-Woolley; her son, Doug Abrahamson, of Big Lake; a daughter, Sandy Abrahamson, of Sedro-Woolley; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Steve, Stephanie, and Angie; two great-grandchildren, Kellen and Kailee Rose; and a sister, Esther Richmeyer, of Concrete.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol, her son, Edwin, four brothers, Allen ‘Bus' Good, Armine ‘Tat' Good, Weldon ‘Bubs' Good, and Homer ‘Duck' Good, and a sister, Freda Parker.

A Memorial Gathering at her home will be held Saturday, February 19, 2005 at 1:00PM.

The family requests that any floral arrangements that are sent, be the type that could be planted in the spring in Rose's memory.
