|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
This cemetery is located about three-quarters of a mile north of Hill City, Georgia at the end of a dirt road that goes across the railroad. This road is gated but people are allowed to visit the cemetery. This Primitive Baptist Church was organized in 1859, but was abandoned in the late 1930's. There are about 118 graves and about half of them have inscribed tombstones. A sign at the cemetery now calls this "Hardshell Cemetery". The book "Gordon County, Georgia Cemeteries" calls this Mount Horeb Cemetery.
