|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Meyers Falls Cemetery was established in 1898 for use by the citizens of the town of Meyers Falls. During the building of Grand Coulee Dam the town of Kettle Falls was relocated to the site of the town of Meyers Falls. The towns of Meyers Falls and Kettle Falls merged and became Kettle Falls. The cemetery kept is name and is now located in the town of Kettle Falls.
The cemetery is well cared for with new Signs, fences and gates erected by the Meyers Falls Cemetery association and the help of many volunteers. The association is working hard to update and keep records as accurate as possible.
Not all names of the interred are known due to time and loss of records. Some interments from other cemeteries that were flooded by the rising waters behind Grand Coulee Dam were moved to Meyers Falls Cemetery.
