|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
This is one of the oldest and possibly one the the best preserved family graveyards in the United States. Large impressive monuments mark the graves of the succeeding Edward Lloyds and their wives along with markers for many other family members, both Lloyds and others associated with the Lloyds.
The inscriptions on the large Lloyd markers are on the foundation cube. Over the cube is a large cylinder holding a reversed torch to indicate the extinguishing of life. Topping these monuments is a stone urn with an upright flame representing the spirit that still burns.
