|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
In 1910 a young man named Anton (Tony) Beck left Melrose, MN and headed west to Montana where he filed a homestead about 12 miles north of Power. About 3 years later he donated a tract of land from his homestead for a school, church and community meeting place. The area then became known as the Beck Community. Later, a man named Henry Kind offered a corner of his homestead for a cemetery. It was known as Beck Cemetery. It later became known as Immanuel Cemetery. Several of the first homesteaders of this area are buried in this cemetery.
