|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Located off of Rt. 168 at Old Mill Creek Road. According to the book, Beaver County History, published in 1888: The first house of worship at Mill Creek was a 18 x 22 foot cabin located in the burying ground. It was replaced in 1799 by a 30 x 60 foot double log house without a floor or door. Twelve years later it was ornamented with pews, stoves and a pulpit. In 1832-33 the cabin was replaced with a 50 x 60 foot brick edifice with a gallery. In 1869, another structure was built by Harper Ralston, a local resident. The congregation later moved to another location off of Rt. 151 in Greene Township, Beaver County. Only the cemetery remains off of Old Mill Creek Road.
