The Mount Pleasant CME Church/Cemetery is located on the north side of Thomaston, Marengo County, Alabama, on the West side of Highway 25. Mount Pleasant CME was a Mission church of Ephraim CME Church in Hugo, Marengo County, Alabama. The church building is no longer used and is in poor repair, but the cemetery is fine
