The Grantors and the Trustees of the Methodist-Episcopal Church at Long Hollow, known as (The Wesley Chapel M.E. Church) and their successors.
The Grantees: Witnesseth, that in consideration of One Dollar cash in hand the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and other considerations and for the considerations above mentioned; the said Grantors does grant with covenants of General Warranty, unto the said Grantees all of a certain parcel of land situate in Valley District, County of Preston and State of West Virginia, on the waters of Laurel Run adjoining lands of the Grantors and being the Wesley Chapel Cemetery or burying ground
And bounded as follows, to-wit: In the West by county Road and the North, East and South by the land of the Grantors.

THIS DEED, made this the 4th day of June, 1965, by and between Frank Turner, Harland Dunaway, and Hoy Brown, Trustees of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church on the Waters of Laurel Run, Preston County, West Virginia, grantors of the first part, and Ethel Ellis, J. Frank Feather, Lloyd C. Feather, Joseph B. Feather and Herbert Denkenberger, Trustees of Wesley Cemetery Association, a voluntary cemetery association, grantees of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars ($100), cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors herein do hereby grant and convey unto the said grantees herein, with covenants of special warranty, those two certain tracts of land situate on the Waters of Laurel Run at "Long Hollow," Valley District, Preston County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
FIRST TRACT: Being a part of the David O. White farm and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone near the N.E. corner of said church and running N. 63-1/2 degrees W. 4 1/3 poles to a rock; thence S. 26-1/2 W 18 poles to a stone; thence N. 27 ¼ E. 13-3/4 poles to the beginning, containing 70 square rods, more or less, and being the same property conveyed to the Trustees of the said Wesley Chapel Methodist Church by Mary A. White and husband, dated September 24, 1888, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Preston County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 62, at Page 474.
SECOND TRACT: Being the Wesley Chapel Cemetery or burying ground and bounded as follows, to-wit: On the West by county road and on the North, East and South by the land of E.P. Forman and wife, containing one-half acre, more or less, and being the same tract conveyed to the said Trustees of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church by the said E.P.Forman and wife, by deed dated April 7, 1914 and recorded in said Clerk's office in Deed Book 150, at page 158.
The said property is carried on the Assessment Books of Preston County, Valley District, as follows: Not listed on Land Book of Preston County for assessment purposes- Church & Cemetery Property.
Under penalties of fine and imprisonment as provided by law, we hereby declare the total consideration paid for the property conveyed by the document to which this declaration is appended is $100.00.

I, Pauline Wright, a Notary Public in and for the County and State aforesaid, do hereby certify that Frank Turner, Harlan Dunaway and Hoy Brown, being all of the Trustees of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church, whose names are signed to the foregoing writing, bearing date on the 4th day of June, 1965, have this day acknowledged the same before me in my said County.
