|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Churchyard at Robert Kennedy Memorial Presbyterian Church. The congregation was founded and a log church was built in 1741. Indians burned the first structure in 1761 and a new log church was built at the present site in 1774. The Reverend Robert Kennedy served as the pastor of the congregation from 1802 to 1816, and again from 1825 until his death in 1843. The structure built in 1774 served the congregation until 1871, when it was torn down to build a new church, as inscribed in the cornerstone of the current structure.
