From Highway 70 in Marion, take Memorial Park Road (Old Highway 10 East) to just beyond the memorial park. The well-kept cemetery is just east of there on the left. Be aware that Google Maps has this labeled as Conley Chapel,an earlier name for the cemetery, but it is now Murphys Chapel Cemetery. (The Conleys and Murphys intermarried and are among the oldest burials in the cemetery.) Burials date back to the mid 1800's, and the burial ground is still in use today.
