In addition to the seven cemeteries in the center of the city, Marlborough has three small historic neighborhood/family burial grounds located in the outlying farming districts — the Robin Hill, Wilson, and Weeks Cemeteries. The Wilson dates to the late eighteenth century; the other two were laid out in the early part of the nineteenth century, both probably in about 1817.

The Weeks Cemetery, the smallest in area of the ten official burial grounds in Marlborough, is also its plainest, both in its markers and overall design. As at the Wilson and Robin Hill, the names on the stones of the Weeks Cemetery are those of the farming families who lived nearby; in this case that meant primarily the farmers of Concord and Stow Roads, Hemenway Street, and a few to the north and east in what is now Hudson.

This cemetery sits on .072 acres. There are approximately 200 headstones. The earliest death date is 1817.

The Massachusetts Historical Commission refers to this cemetery in MACRIS as MRB.802 Weeks Cemetery.
