Immediately after crossing Hartland Haul bridge from Route 10 turn right. About 100 yards take the left fork of the road up the hill and around the curve to the cemetery. The hill is not very steep. I drove my car to the cemetery.

From the end of the cemetery you can see the Hartland Haul bridge that crosses over Route 10, the river and railroad. This bridge gives access to Sand Creek Rd. from Route 10.

From the highest point beneath a very large rock at the end of the cemetery.

At the base of the rock and to the right you can see the Veteran Grave Marker for Spencer Adkins Mullins.

From what Clifford Vance, minister, told me, the "Mullins and Vance Cemetery" is the same as the Mullins Cemetery and that it's supposed to be called "Mullins Cemetery" but some of the families have, in recent years, just started calling the "Mullins Cemetery" the "Mullins and Vance Cemetery" just "because there's so many Vance family members buried in it" !!
