Saint Patrick Church no longer stands, but a small building which houses a museum with old photographs from the area, as well as the fence surrounding the base cemetery located next door, are made out of the hand made bricks parishioners of Saint Patrick created using clay from Muldraugh Hill.
Saint Patrick cemetery is divided into two sections: the new (active) section and old section.
The new section continues to allow burials and is managed by Saint Christopher Catholic Church in Radcliff, Hardin County, Kentucky. Burial records, including burial locations, for the new section can be obtained by calling the Saint Christopher Catholic Church office.
The old section is closed for burials. Burial records for the old section, including burial locations and an extensive history of the settlers in the area, were published by Mary M Olson in 'Saint Patrick Catholic Church History and Records: Stithton, Hardin County, Kentucky 1831-1920' by McDowell Publications in 1999. The book is out of print, but it can be accessed via intralibrary loan. The original burial records for the old section are housed in the archive of Saint Brigid Catholic Church, Vine Grove, Hardin County, Kentucky.
A large oak tree, planted by the grandchildren of James Thomas Padgett and Mary Elizabeth McIntire, during a family reunion in the 1930s, can be found towering over the far end of the old section.
