Daniel Miller came to this area from Granville, Massachusetts in 1804 and settled on the farm later occupied by John Whiffin. His brother Eliakim Miller came in 1814, purchased the farm and lived there until he died. He donated the land for this cemetery. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the Revolutionary War, and he, along with other veterans, is buried here.
There are over fifty burials here, many with only a field stone to mark the grave. The oldest stone found dates to 1824 and the most recent was 1893.
