Top of Lincoln Street in Steelton founded in 1876 (for whites) by Josiah Dunkle who at the same time founded nearby Midland Cemetery for 'colored' folks. Called Baldwin because that was the name of this steel town at that time. Cemetery just across Steelton city line in Swatara Township.
There are no longer any restrictions on who may be buried here.
