“This web-page is for The Masonic Cemetery on Colony Church Road in the north-east corner of Farmington, Missouri. {See Map Below}: There has been confusion between 2 (two) Masonic Cemeteries in Farmington with a total of 4 (four) Masonic Cemeteries in all of St. Francois County, MO. As with many former societies, there was one time a White Masonic Hall in Farmington and a Black Masonic Hall in Farmington. The Black (African-American) Masonic Cemetery is on Colony Church Road while the former White Masonic Hall Cemetery, now just known as Masonic Cemetery of Farmington, is located on South Henry Street and Carter Street on the south side of town. There is possibility the Masonic Cemetery on the north side might be renamed St. Paul’s Cemetery in respect of a religious icon in the African-American community. This has not yet been confirmed and as of fall 2009 there are no signs stating the name of the old cemetery at this site
