To reach this cemetery travel about 8 kilometres north along the SH 35 from Te Kaha until you see the sign "Fletcher Forests, Waikawa Bay" on the right hand side of the road. On the opposite side of the road is the "Waikawa Bay Bed and Breakfast" sign. Beside this, on the sea side of the road is a double gateway to a track leading down to the sea.

The cemetery is at the end of the part of the track that is accessible to vehicles, about 100 metres from the road.
