The church consisted of a nave and chancel which were roofed with a barrel vault. Most of the north wall still stand, and part of the east wall. You can still see where an entrance would have been.
Only a couple of headstones remain erect and some stone mounds. There is still some trace of inscriptions on some of the grave markers but they are mostly weathered making it very difficult to read if at all. Many of them have fallen and with the overgrowth it's difficult to know exactly how many markers there might be.
The Church remains are isolated with cattle and herded animals in the surrounding fields. The west of the church borders a steep high slope to the North Sea. There are no clear and easily accessible paths to the church making a visit pretty inhospitable. Unless you cut through the field but there are very strict conditions including awareness of live stock, dogs 'must' be on a lead or 'under full control' and try and avoid entering the field when live stock are feeding in there. (Best to get permission first)
